What we collect

• ·Name, phone, optional email — for confirming your delivery and emailing your booking confirmation.
• ·Address + suburb — for delivering your kit.
• ·Your chosen kit, delivery date, and any notes — for fulfilling the booking.
• ·Cloudflare Web Analytics (cookieless) plus, with your consent, PostHog (EU) for product analytics and Google Ads + Meta for advertising and conversion measurement. See cookies for the full list.

How we use it

We use your details to deliver your booking, message you on WhatsApp about delivery windows, and email you a booking confirmation. We never sell your data. With your consent, we share limited advertising-measurement data with Google and Meta so we can tell which ads lead to bookings — see Sub-processors below.

How long we keep it

Booking records are kept for 7 years (South African tax law requires this). After that we delete them.

Sub-processors

With your consent, we use PostHog (EU-hosted, Frankfurt) to understand how the site is used. We send: events you trigger on the site, an anonymous distinct ID, your IP address with the last octet stripped, and — only after a confirmed booking — your email address linked to your booking. We do not sell or share this data; PostHog is bound by a Data Processing Agreement (POPIA / GDPR equivalent). You can ask us to delete your PostHog history any time at hello@getschlep.co.za.

Also with your consent, we load Google Ads and the Meta Pixel to measure which ads lead to bookings and to reach similar people. These send your page activity and advertising cookies to Google and Meta, and — when you submit a booking — the kit, the booking value, and a booking reference. We don't send your name or address. They run only after you accept cookies; decline and neither loads. Opt out any time by declining (or clearing) cookies, or email us.

Your rights under POPIA

You can ask us at any time to: see what we have, correct it, or delete it. Email hello@getschlep.co.za with your booking reference.
